- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have never met any of the agents in person but was referred to the agency by my co-worker. That was over 5 years ago! I call Hughes and get all of my vehicle and home insurance through them year after year! A real person answers the phone (so refreshing not to hear the annoying "please press this or that" prompts) and they manage to get some of the best rates!
